Hcg not as effective anymore. High liver values.

Currently on
Hcg 2000iu 3x/wk
Hgh (non pharma) 5iu/day
T4 200 mcg/day

September 1st my test values on this protocol were:

Test levels- reference range (1.31 ng/ml-8.71) 5.6

Current levels have dropped significantly

270 ng/dL 249 - 836 ng/dL

Sorry for different units. Test were taken Japan and then in US.

My testicles don't seem as full as they used to be either. What gives? Have I become desensitized?

Hcg is from a doctor/pharmacy in Japan through the health care system, so I rule out product quality as a cause.

Also, my liver levels have been historically elevated and my doc in Japan attributes it to fatty-liver disease. I don't drink nor do I take Tylenol. Drank heavily in years past. I've been taking 750mg NAC daily for 9 months and expected the liver values to have normalized. Don't have previous values.

Currently
AST 51 U/L 15 - 41 U/L
ALT 84 U/L 17 - 63 U/L

Any advice for getting these levels down? I'm thinking most orals are not in my future. Is anavar mild enough to use safely?

I'll be back on test as soon as I have a testicular biopsy to check for sperm.

Despite horrendous t levels I'm still making solid gains in the gym. I guess I have to chalk this up to good diet, training and hgh.

Lord Halfwit, your 2 cents are requested.

Doc was aiming for Jan/Feb but I've requested December. I'd like to run a 16 week deca/test cycle before heading back to Japan on May 1st. Hopefully I can get the surgery done before January to make that possible.

If I remember right you're on hcg monotherapy?

Some may say you might be experiencing desensitization but I've seen studies where subjects were using up to 10,000iu's a week and weren't being desensitized.

Again, that could be person dependent though.

Have you tried udca or tudca?

To all the youngsters just getting started out there, this is why it's important to establish baseline values. You could always have naturally occurring higher levels
