fucked up doctor: i need help

about 6days into a cycle:
250mg SUS a week
20mg dbol ed

on day 3 nipple started hurting lump underneath it i suspect gyno
doctor send me for ultrasound (i dont get in till today)
he also said dont take any nolva or clomid (he cant understand why men would ever touch it)
i cant get back into see him for another 4 days for my ultra sound results and my source suggested that i just run 20 mg nolva ed untill then

what do you guys think?

Does he know you are taking aromatizing hormones? If I look at dbol for too long, my nips itch. You obviously need to take some type of anti-e, the question now is, which one is strong enough to help, and do you stop taking dbol immediately?

yeah ive told him everything... the guy who did the ulttra sound said it looks like gyyno
but wait and see what doc says...
i have found it quite supprising how little some doctors know about AS

the questions you put foward are the same ones im asking myself i hope someone can assist me in making a choice

same thing happened to me when i took 20mg dbol with sust......(awhile ago now)
i took nolva to get rid of the gyno at 40mg a day till symptoms subsided.....than ran 20mg ed for the rest of my cycle.......
