Hello ???
So I been nursing this pesky rist/forarm injury and it really hurts like a bitch some days. So I know the only thing is wait and let it heal. But I have to work out so the brain sergen that I am I discovered a way to not beet the shit out of my arm so bad for th time being. So At least for most stuff like today I did arms so I used al l machines NO free weight..Wow it made a big difference. I worked out a bit different I did all supper sets and triple sets to try and really get a good work out and I feel pretty good about my hole work out today. So I know most will say free weight all the way but are guys against or look down on guys doing a bunch of pulley rope stuff instead of free weights?? What do you guys have to say about it? Keep in mind this may I hit the big 4 0 Wow not to happy about that but anyhow. I find it gets harder and longer to recover from an injury these days. Boy you younger guys don’t take your youth for granet Treasure it... So thanks for letting me unload a bit this has been quit frustrating this injury
