((Gateway Error)) when trying to purchase on RUI Products website

I wanted to purchase the pt-141 and I got this error today. I did my usual steps. Made sure my bank has the restriction uplift on my visa card and once they verified it I went to purchase and got this error. Called my bank again they said its not us... its the website so.......

Is RUI products not working at the moment?
