Gear for endurance. Please help.

Hello everybody. I'm currently doing my first ever cycle with Test only. But that was in differend thread.

Here i would like to ask you, what would you use to increase endurance? Or maybe batter question, what would you use to retain muscle mass during high volume endurance training?

I was thinking about ofcourse Testo, its obvious choice. Its there anything else that would help?

Before bb i was enduracne athlete. But take a little pause from it. Last couple of years i was doing bb stuff. Gain a lot of clean muscle mass, and now on first testo cycle. I realize the formula "Time off = time on + pct" is very important. I dont want to rush. Just collection information to my next cycle. Where i want to focus more on endurance and retain the muscle mass that i gained during bb years of training.

aas are not known to enhance endurance.period. they can assist you in not going catabolic but due to the nature of what they are designed to do...build muscle, ie get bigger...that in itself is counter productive to increasing long endurance type activities as your weight will go up. I d say stick with test using an ai to retard water retention....I am often wrong so maybe someone else can shed more light; I only know of how a few work as I ve never done a lot of the new fancydrugs.
 
Test would help with recovery etc, but more endurance training is what you need to increase endurance.
 
Yes ofcourse more endurance traning. But with a price of more catabolic effect. I dont really want that to happen.
 
I' not sure as to what compound would help with endurance but I know which one won't, tren. It killed my cardio, had to take longer then usual breaks between sets. As for running while on tren was very hard to do. I know everyone is different but that was my experience. The gains were great but that side effect will probably keep me away from using tren again.
 
you would have to do blood doping with epo.. that's what long distance runners use
 
I was thinking epo maybe some test. I'm not a fan of endurance training, for health or sport. It's not the healthiest activity, but neither is AAS.
