Get bigger - bottom of Tricep near elbow

How do I get this area bigger with what exercises and how many rep, and my calfs suck, do not have any calf machines at gym, so what do I do, thanks for all the help.
 
u can do calves any where staind on a stair or a couple of plates and hold on to a dumbell and do raises like that or u could do donkey raises same thing stand on sum plates lean on something have a couple of bros sit on your back
 
Skull crushers for certain...........I've decent tri's and I'm quit certain it's due to these.

As for the calves.........rest a bar across your shoulders, heavy as possible, and find something you can step onto like a 2x4 and go to down. Leg press can be used for calves as well. And you can form you own seated calve raise wiht putting the bar across your knees, albeit someowhat uncofortable.

all kidding aside , the smaller the elbow joint and lower bis/tri muscle , the bigger your arms will appear becuase of the quick taper to the elbow . enjoy it :)
 
You can't really "target" a certain part of the muscle like that. You just have to keep hammering away with heavy lifts (skulls, reversve cable presses, etc) and make the whole muscle grow. Once you have the size, you have to cut the body fat and you will see the "horse shoe".
