If you really are in Canada, they are OTC.

If not, GetPinz is good to go.

You can just go into most pharmacies and buy them, it's legal........

If you are in the States (USA) you can also get them over the counter. I buy mine at Walgreen's. Just walk in, ask for the pharmacist, and tell him what you need. I give the excuse (if asked or looked at in an odd way) that i am injecting B-12 IM per my Physician. Works every time!
