would all these be safe to use in the one cycle as a cutter to get shredded.....

sust
fina
masteron
winny
T3

itz fine. but being shredded isn't about the gear, it's about the diet and cardio. if yur gonna do ed, or eod with the fina, ditch the sust for some prop.

i shoot for three minute intervals of 185. after 5 or so you will be done, trust me. start out at one minute intervals with 2 minutes rest between work sets. keep increasing the work interval and decreasing the rest interval until youre doing 3 minutes for work and 30 seconds for rest. this will get you shredded as lo9ng as your diet is in order.

Seriously stick between 150 to 170 this is where it is ideal to burn fat and improve cardiac endurance. Don't forget that steroids increase your LDL cholesterol levels which are bad and prone you to heart attacks so do this level of cardio and you'll get a 2 for 1 deal.

i think 185 would be pretty high for me...ive never seen my heart rate go past like 165...maybe because im not that big..5'8'' 175lbs...does that make a difference? also, how accurate are those hear rate readers on cardio machines? how accurate is the calorie counter?

thats way more drugs than you need bro, the role of drugs (other than t3, clen, etc) during cutting is to maintain muscle mass. I would throw in a test as cycles without test suck in so many ways, then add two more drugs, winny/fina, winny/masteron(thats my stack now), masteron/fina, etc...Thats more than enough to maintain size. Save the big ass cycles for growth

i dont even look at the calorie counter to be honest. theres alot of controversy over wether you actually burn the calories that the machine says you burn. as for the heart rate monitor, i would think it would be accurate. my advice? invest in a digital heart rate monitor. its a band that goes on your chest and the readout appears on an accompanying watch. this is one of the best investments ive made in a long time. i use it to monitor my intervals. seriously, theres a huge difference between 165 and 185. i can maintain 165 for a good while but at 185 i can go for about 1 minute and some change, anything over that and you have me puking. if you can go for three minutes and recover in under a minute, you are in some good fuckin shape. anyways, thats my goal. but that type of training is more suited to someone who boxes or practices grappling or full contact sports. if you just want to be lean, then 150 is fine.

gotta do the cardio do lose the un-needed fat from the areas you hate. like everyone says some types of gear will help you out, but will not od everything for you.

needsize what is your view on cardio while dieting, intervals high intensity, or long duration low intensity?

I keep changing my mind. I really used to go for the high intensity stuff, but for this contest it seems like it caused my to drop too much size off my legs. Next time I will keep the diet even tighter so there is less need for cardio, and do longer low intensity. I started going for brisk one hour walks listening to my favourite cd's a few weeks ago. It burned the same # of calories as the shorter high intensity stuff, but felt much less catabolic

Thanks needsize, I am about to run a cutter and I really want to drop as much bf as possible with as little muscle loss your answer helps alot

I love walking, HIIT might be an alternative if carefully used though. Ronnie walks too so hey, it must work.

If I do hard cardio I shave size off quickly, so I walk.

well i box as a hobby so im gonna try working up to what you suggested...

if you have a heavy bag, try this out. stand with your nose touching the bag and then with your leading hand push the bag away and hold it at an arms distance. now let it go and strike it with your other hand. keep the bag at an angle while striking it with both fists. i use a horse stance and basic karate punches to condition my legs at the same time. but as long as youre striking the bag and keeping it at an angle, you will get in all the cardio you need and at the same time build your shoulders biceps and triceps depending on the type of strike you use. an open hand strike will work the triceps nicely. palms up will work the tricep and palms down will work the bicep. i have trouble getting any higher than 160 with this method but it is very good for developing strength in your punches and for endurance. after two minutes doing this i have trouble keeping my arms up. try it in intervals. i find it very effective. if you have trouble keeping the bag from swinging back down and hitting you, just hold out your non striking hand and put it back at an angle, or reduce your work intervals. hope this helps. later.
