Getting back in shape (NOT JUST A RESOLOTION)

Hey guys. Just bouncing some ideas around in my head. I've used ph's before and had some success. I realized that I needed to get in better shape in order for any muscle to actually show through my layers of fat.

I am almost 30 yrs old, 5'11, 215 and just under 20% body fat.

Currently consuming around 1,800 calories a day and have lost about 20lbs in recent months. I have really started kicking in cardio recently and getting my diet on track. I would like to get to 10% body fat. I've never used any weight loss sups before.

My question is????? Other than cardio and diet is there anything that will aide in the loss. I know there is but the market is flooded with supps. What works?

Also....my strength numbers are way down. I heard ostarine is good at maintaining muscle while trying to lose weight. Is that true?

I am interested in the ostarine. I ordered some a few months ago but never got around to using it. It seems to be the only SARM which doesn't have any adverse side effects. Cancer and vision side effects scare the shit out of me.

Do you know of any adverse side effects associated with ostarine???
Is there anyone who has blood work to back up the claims of no sides? Or is there a link to follow about potential sides?

I think I will run it. I already have it and I hate getting weaker in the gym.
 
Read my thread on sarms..

S4 is my favorite. I was scared at first til I learned the sides are manageable. They are person dependent but mainly only become an issue at high doses. And if they come to you, drop the dose and they'll almost immediately subside. The half life is very short. Plus, I've run it DOZENS of times over the years. Last year I asked a doc to do a thorough checkup and I passed with flying colors.

The cancer issue with GW came about when they gave rats RIDICULOUS amounts of GW. I'm talking like hundreds of mgs for the poor little rats. The highest dose you take is 20mg. As long as you follow that protocol you're fine.

Osta alone is decent but it works fantastic with at least S4 if you don't want to do the triple stack. You gain with Osta and the S4 hardens what you gain. Perfect combo.

Yeah bro totally agreed! If you're looking to step your game, shred fat get your strength up sarms could most definitely be your best bet!
