Getting back into gym after laying off

So I haven't lifted in over a year. I'm 45, 6ft and weigh 240lbs. I've ran multiple cycles in the past. I'm back in the gym. My question is, should I get a few weeks/months under my belt before I start back on gear. At my disposal is sust 270, tren a 100, and cyp. By the way I have gained 30lbs in that 1yr, obviously not muscle. Lol
 
A year isn't that long brother. Where is your test level now? At 45 with a history of AAS use it's low. If so, by all means fire up. No need for a gram a week just yet but 300-500mg ew isn't going to hurt. The main idea is to make training a part of your life again. You will live longer and be happier.
 
I would hit the gym for a few months first then start a blast. In those few months, work on diet and cutting those 30lbs you gained in the past year...
 
I agree with Tbone, hit the gym and let muscle memory come back and let your joints warm up to being back in action. Then by all means start, I think you will utilize the gear better and your body will thank you later
