Getting back into it!!

So I have been out of the game now for a couple of months. (Like 9) first broken clavical then I got a hernia. Anyway I am good as new and ready to get back to it. Should I wait a while to gear up and just get my body use to the gym again or what? Also should my dosing go down again since I haven't ran gear for a while?

Id atleast workout for a month or so without any gear then hop ona simple cycle. Don't know your history but a low deca test cycle is always good when comin back. Good luck man
