What's up everybody. It has been about 5-6 years since I have posted over here, but I wanted to come to the best place with the best advice.
When I stopped using gear back then I was around 210 lbs. I have since dropped to 180. Im looking to put on some lean mass first without the use of gear, and then once I get alittle bigger, to jump back in to get some better gains. (The Loss is due to having 2 kids and working 12-14 hours a day). But now that the kids are more independent, I have some time to work out again.
My Question for you guys is this: What are some of the best supplements to put on some lean muscle but avoid alot of the fat (IE Muscle Milk)?
