I was pretty avidly into football and training for football, and i was in decent shape for a couple years. Then due to several reasons, i quit football. I haven't seriusly worked out in a couple months. I need to lose weight, i haven't really lost my strenth and i would also like to reduce my appetite. I'm going to be doing shotput in a couple weeks so i'll be getting all the strenth training needed. but i want to lose 40 lbs. any suggestions? I put on on a lot of weight for football, and i put on an aditional 25 once quitting. So i want to lose about 40 lbs. by august.
