Wrote this a while back, never posted till now....At the end of August...
I departed about a month ago, weighing in at around 203, I now weigh 194. So I lost some poundage.
Getting back in the gym...
Blood pressure is stabilizing....Average around 130/79...
I kind of fudged though. You wont believe it...
I forgot to bring the RUI Nolva I had purchased....but managed to bring
my natural Test Booster stuff. I was running the Test Booster stuff at full dosage...
which was not my plan...but since I forgot the Nolva...
Luckily, I had no side effects, or problems...though my blood pressure could have been fully stabilized by
now, maybe
I thought I would lose more weight...
I am infantry, so we do alot of running around. I am a team leader for an infantry squad.
Most of my time was spent in the feild(woods/ranges).
We train in full "battle rattle", which includes my Vest with balistic plates,
Plus all the attachments such as magazine pouches, and other stuff..
A camelbak full of water, weapon system, which in my case consists of an
M4 Carbine with ACOG optic site, and more.
So its pretty hot, and you sweat balls...
We did alot of focus on reacting to enemy contact,
with emphasis on hilly terrain. So alot of assaulting the objective type stuff.
Also did MOUT urban operations, in a mock city/villiage....
Which includes people acting as population, as well as a pyro team that is
contracted to create/simulate explosions....Did some Room clearing, react to contact,
and other assaulting/raids type stuff, as well as some scenarios where we just do prescence patrols,
visit a village elder, see whats going on..
Used blank ammunition, as well as alot of live fire(real bullets) exercises.
So pretty much every day, alot of training, waking up usually around 5:30AM,
eating either a field breakfast, which is where they bring food out in containers,
or we just eat MRE's...Training doesn't stop till late...We get breaks of course...
alot of downtime is from waiting for another platoon to get done with their scenario...
Wrote this today....
ANYWAY....just ordered the Beastdrol....
Along with some more protein powder, and glutamine...
I have other supplements with me allready...
My blood pressure is stabilized now....
I ended my Helladrol cycle at the end of July..
Its been about a month and a half...
I will admit, I have been slacking in the gym...
I will be running the Beast at 3 caps everyday...
OR
Should I just do 2 caps ED for 1 week, then do 3 caps everyday until all 90 caps are gone....
So week 1: 2 cap ED for 7 days (total of 14 caps) I will have 76 caps left.
Then if I take 3 ED for the remaining caps...that will be 25 days..(75caps) with one cap left over,
that I can snort up my nose for celebration...just kidding...
So really, the cycle would run about 32 days...
Still got, for PCT, the Nolva, liver support, and natural test booster product...
