Getting Back

Hello All,

I recently turned 30 and haven't been happy with my body. In my mid 20's I had 2% body fat and cycled tren and win often. When I turned 28 and got married my metabolism packed his bags and hit the road...left me high and dry with the body of a chubby married guy. I am 5'10 230 the most I have ever weighed in my life. I did some research on the whole foods plant based diet, bought a juicer machine and am going to give it a shot. I'm interested in cycling anavar and was wondering if anyone thinks it will help knock this fat off. Also I am curious if anyone knows of a legit vendor on the website abbreviated "SR". PM me if there are any. Here are 2 nice pics of my man boobs....enjoy and I'll appreciate any positive feedback.

^^ That's probably greater than 2% body fat.

Basically any non-stupid diet should lean you out pretty quickly to maybe 15% body fat. After that you'll probably have to actually start tracking caloric intake.

I may get some flack for this, but the Slow Carb diet is pretty great as far as a fat loss diet that doesn't require macro tracking in concerned.

Either choose to eat either only healthy foods or eat less food of what you normally consume. Either one will very likely take weight off. When you stall fat loss, incorporate the one you didn't choose (and resultantly eat only health foods and less food overall.)
