Getting bigger?

Hey guys:

Need some help. Have you ever felt like your workout those not give you that step forward anymore, you feel like your are stuck and don't get any bigger? Well, after 8 months of workout I right in that spot. I was drinking creatine serum (pure creatine monohydrate 100% stable - xtra advantage) but I don't see is working. What can you advice me for a fast result without putting my body in danger?

Deadlifts with at least 500g's of protein a day. dont waste the money you spend on supplements that could be spent on food.

food is the key. when you stop growing off of 500g's a day of protein, let me know.
