Getting blood work done today a few questions

Im going in today to get my blood work done. I had a few questions regarding what I should ask for. Do I just ask for a hormone panel test? That test for... test. Free test, estrogen, progesterone... peoples opinions wantes please... and thank you in advance

Prolactin
CMP
CBC
Lipids

those are all good options.
