Getting ready for vegas!

I'll be in Vegas the weekend of Aug 1st, started this cycle a week ago. Here's what I've got...

Currently at 210 and 15%bf 6'0ft tall 28yrs old - currently eating 2800 on off days, 3100-3200 on lift days - main goal is to recomp and make some lean gains

500mg Test C per week (pin sun/wed) - 15 weeks

100mg Helladrol (4-chloro-17a-methyl-androst-1, 4-diene-3-17b-dioll, converts to tbol) - 6 weeks
1000mg EQ-Plex (1,4-androstadiene-3,17-Dione, converts to converts to equipoise) - 10 weeks

Will take a 6-8 week break from the orals and run cycle/liver support while still using the test

Then will be using anavar and/or Winstrol (winny) @50mg each the last two weeks while pinning test and leading up to post cycle therapy (pct). Might throw in clen the last two weeks for shits and giggle.s

On cycle Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is topical formestane (formastanozol), the difference between aromatase inhibition between forma and adex/letro is marginal...about 5%

I am also using Transaderm (topical DHEA) EOD while on this cycle

PCT will be clomid, peptides, SARMS, test booster, DAA, Anti-estrogen, cycle/liver support

Not going to be super detailed log, but will just update on my progress, how my lifts are going, etc.

Entering week the start of week 3 - so far so good

Decided to throw in peptides as I had them laying around. Using GHRP-2 and Mod GRF 1-29 @ 100mcg each upon waking and before bed.

I also have had a case of golfers elbow pop up. Basically this has sidelined me from any back exercises, except the deadlift. So, I'm just going to be deadlifting (trap bar, from the floor, rack pulls, etc) until the golfers elbow clears up. Luckily it doesn't hamper my ability to do curls, just isolated back exercises.

I've been thinking about picking up 200IU of growth...I have a solid source and can get that for a decent price. Kefei's too. Would run it at 2IU 5 on 2 off for 20 weeks. Just trying to decide if I want to drop the coin to get it.

Other than that, I woke up today and am up 7lbs in 3 weeks. Still cruising cals at 2800 on rest days and 3200 on lift days

Reading the title says it all. Nobody wants to be in Vegas and not look their best lol. Best of luck to you and I think the log is a great idea. Motivation when needed, accountability, a great log to track progress etc.

Thanks man. Honestly I'm not expecting to be super cut for this trip....my main goal of this cycle is to add as much lean mass as possible. I'm not going to worry about doing a serious cut until my next cycle.

But I'm still hitting my cals and not drinking and training my ass off. My golfers elbow is preventing me from doing isoloated back exercises still and probably will for some time. But, being stuck with deadlifting 3-4 times a week really isn't that bad.

I think once this month's credit card rolls over I will pull the trigger on the GH

I didn't even put two and two together and had a brain fart moment lol. I don't drink myself so I forgot that you're not only on cycle but taking orals and planning a Vegas trip. If you're not a drinker it's no big deal but if you are you must be a glutton for punishment :P hahaha. It's good you're sticking to that though and your calories. I just started getting some elbow issues and have taken extra rest days so it doesn't get worse (I'm usually too stubborn to take a day off unless I'm bedridden but I'm starting to see how much worse I usually make my injuries haha). Best of luck to you and keep up with the log!!!

I do like to drink but I will be off the orals by then and dosing the hell out of my liver support. I'm not drinking now either - I have no issues going out with friends and not drinking. I know what you mean about needing to take more days off - not working out is not an option! Luckily the deadlifts and rehab I have been doing has been helping.
 
So I've decided that this week I am going to get some ART done on my elbow. I have health insurance and NEVER use it so I figure even if it's not covered what the hell.

As far as the cycle goes, I'm entering week 4. Libido is definitely up. Whenever I wake up in the middle of the night I ALWAYS have a raging boner and have to sit down to take a piss lol. Other than that, not much in physique change or strength change. Weight is holding steady at a 5-6lb increase
 
Went to the Chiro/ART clinic around the corner from my apartment...turns out I have a rear delt/upper back/rhomboid area issue...which is causing my left shoulder to raise a bit....which in turn is shortening the bicep and causing pain on my elbow. Going to go about twice a week over the next few weeks to help clear things up and get myself back on track. Oddly enough, the Dr believes that it's more related to my posture and being at a computer all day (I work in IT).

I decided to throw T3 into my cycle at 12.5mg split twice per day with my meals - my source is legit I literally felt it within minutes of taking it

So far still up about 7lbs towards the middle of week 4 of test (week 3 of PHs). Haven't seen much strength gain yet but I'm assuming that should start to be noticeable here in the next week or two.

Still running GHRP2 and MOD GRF 1-29 100mcg of each AM and PM
 
Just making a note here - after doing further research I've decided to dose my T3 in one dose, pre workout, on an empty stomach. Dose will stay at 25mcg for the duration of the cycle.
 
Just a small update - turns out the point of inflammation is stemming from my bicep....which originally started with the pain in my shoulder and caused my trap to over compensate pushing my shoulder up and causing pain in the bicep. Weird since there is no tricep pain...but feel it in the bicep. Shoulder has greatly improved, still not 100 percent. I'm probably looking at another 6-8 sessions before making some real progress and reducing the inflammation I feel in my inner forearm/bicep.

Back pumps are here with a vengeance. Feels like I am constantly dead lifting. Started dosing taurine at 9g per day and it seems to be helping.

Gave myself a small bump in calories - only 50 but I have issues with gain fat fast so I have to do slow bumps like that

Last time I weighed in I was up about 10lbs - so far so good

I'd be very interested to see what you found and haven't had a chance to dig into it much myself but I have some clen/t3 I have Laying around and wouldn't mind putting to use at some point.
 
Also if you wouldn't mind posting up some of your symptoms and what seems to help alleviate the issue, I believe my brother and I both have similar pain and it has affected pressing,dips, push-ups etc. thanks brother

Awesome man, thanks! So far going to the chiro is really helping. He's been doing a lot of ART therapy and I'm starting to see a difference. Once I've got this inflammation kicked, I'm going to start going to get some Thai Massage. I work at a supplement store on sundays and it just so happened that a customer does Thai Massage full time and she did a little work on me one day it was intense. She just worked on my forearm....it was painful but damn man did I feel better afterwords. She even made me sweat.

I'm not going to be super lean for vegas unfortunately, but it is what it is. Trying to just add the size on right now and for me that means no abs. I would say right now I am around 220lbs at 6'0ft - bf% is probably around 14-15%. My obliques pop and help create that V look but nothing in the middle

I don't have the links handy - I just hunted around on google and here and came to the foregone conclusion that it's best to take it at a lower dose in the morning on a empty stomach. Taking it with food makes it less effective and even read some posts from those that are prescribed T3 that they too take in on an empty stomach.

As far as alleviating the issue, the chiro has been the only thing making it better. I've gone for about 5 sessions so far at $50 bucks a whack and i'm starting to see improvement.

Consequently enough...he said it's one of those things that taking time off would NOT help. After more diagnosis it seems like it's a combination of my tricep and my brachialis. So he told me to just keep lifting like I normally would, but to drop the weight and do my best to use my mind muscle connection to take the focus out of that area. I was able to do a few isolated back exercises this weekend for the first time in about a month.

Sounds just like my problem. I can take weeks off and it'll feel better a little bit but go back to being painful as soon as I start lifting again. My brother does computer programming so that's probably how he got it. Guess its time to look up Chiros in the area lol. Thanks man! How's the rest of the cycle coming along and let's us know how. Yeah I do IT work all day so that probably doesn't help at all.

Other than that I'm slowly starting to add size and I don't feel like my waist line has gotten any larger or have seen any additional fat accumulation with the additional weight gain.

Awesome!! I've added taurine to my test e cycle. Back pumps and forearm pump on that are debilitating. What kind of macros do you shoot for on your diet and how big of a surplus? Bet of luck again brother, wishing you a fun and safe trip!!! Take pics of Vegas and progress pics for sure!

That they are. I also get them in my shins. It sucks.

I don't really track my macros per say (although MyFitnessPal does track them for me). I usually just do a IIFYM approach and make sure to hit my cals. I don't use that as an excuse to eat dirty though. I loosen up on the weekends and eat what I want but mon-fri I eat the same foods. Protein is usually around 300g+
