any body have any tips for extracting the egg whites easier and faster

i dont really like boiled eggs so i tend to scramble them or make an omlette

but seperating the whites and yolks are a nightmare anybody got any tips

well i know that being in the uk u can't just buy liquid egg whites
I have to sit their spliiting the yolk from the white in the morning too
lol

I've managed to get used to it
clean the egg very nicely in the center of the egg. Gently pour out the white then when u get mostly yolk, toss it into the other half of the shell allowing more white to come out, keep doing this slowly till u have very little egg white left... hey gary rhodes can't be wrong ;)

Come on Jace, your playing right???
You really cant hold the yolk back when breaking an egg?
lol
Before everyone starts Bitching at me for having a go at him, we're best mates ok lol, so it's allowed

Here is another way to do it.

Wash your hands first then, crack all of the eggs whole into the pan (with the burner off, of course) then simpley pluck the yolks out will your hands one buy one letting the white run off and return the yolk to it's shell in the carton. Wash hands and scamble. I started doing it this way when I kept breaking my yolks; it's super easy.

Here is another way..

Crack all of your eggs into a bowl. Then get a spoon and scoop up a yolk, one at a time. With the yolk in the spoon, pinch the egg white, that is around the yolk, against the bowl. This will cause the egg white to separate from the yolk and any egg white that is on the yolk will run off into the bowl. Timing is the key; as soon as the egg white comes off the yoke, the yoke will start to run, then either toss the yolk into the trash or down the garbage disposal. It gets easier with practice...

thats pretty much the way to do it. i worked at a restaurant for 2 years preparing foods and the way they trained me is to crack the egg open in the middle and keep pouring the egg in to one half of the shell and just keep doing that back and fourth until all the egg white is in the bowl ur doing it over

i have read that protein needs fat as a vehicle for convertion into amino acids and without that fat it gets converted into mostly glucose. is that true? i know all foods get converted to glucose.. anyone know the ratio/amounts? i have heard something like fat = 10%, protein = 50%, and carbs = 100% ...???
