GH/test/slin advice

I need some good advice… as most of us do. I’m new to the board but I have been using gear for a long time. I have about 7 cycles under my belt ranging from the basics of test and deca and some more advanced winny/prop/eq/tren cyles. I have used slin a few times but think that gains vs. risk are not worth it. I’m 30, 225lbs 14%. I am using GH for the 1st time @ 3IU ED with no days off. I am also running test at 350mg/wk. I know that this is a conservative dosage but I know what works for me and slow and steady wins the race. I want to start cycling slin in with my GH but I am not sure how. I have read some threads but none of the advice is consistent. Any users out there that have solid experience with test/GH/slin trio?
 
Do try to separate your GH and insulin injections as far as possible.

If higher insulin levels is present the faster the GH is eliminated. And insulin works partly because it's muscle sparing (proteolysis). This effect is hinderd by GH.

I would suggest taking the GH at night before bed, and using insulin in the morning and/or after workout. You can do 3 weeks on and 4 weeks or something like that with the insulin.

You are right, slow and steady gains wins the race, consistancy is the take home message.

If you take the GH before bed , would you not shut down your natural release of GH at night?

I would think it would be better to take first thing in the AM and the slin in the afternoon.

You vill ALWAYS shut down your own producton of GH if you take exogen GH, there is no way around this.

It's not the GH itself who gives negative feedback, its the elevated IGF-1 levels that does this. And they are elevated for as long as 24 hours after administration så you simply can't get around it.

You could be 100% right. I assumed that since GH has a very short half life and as long as you do not take it anywhere near bed time then you would not shut down your natural production at night.

Everyone I know who does it takes it in the morning and afternoon. Why not take it then before you goto bed since your natural GH is shut down anyways as you would think you would have more benefit at night then it the day with it?

Yes if you combine it with insulin, manly because of the thing I wrote a couple of posts before.

I have some graphs that describes this (IGF-1 and GH administration etc) but I do not know how to post them.

Here's the deal, HGH has a short half-life but it can take up to 20 hours for the liver to release IGF-1, which as BB said will cause negitive feedback.
