Im 5'7 weight 150 and i am 20 y/o. I want to lose like 5-10 lbs in two weeks. I have liquiClen but i dunno what is the proper way to use it. I have taken it before BUT just one time every week. Prob used clen about 10 times total. Anywho i work out intense for three days and then work out at a moderate pace. I am only goin to eat broccoli and cheese, carrots, tuna, shrimp, and eggs. I have a been eating a meal replacement shake as my dinner and i even have had the low carb shakes as a meal for dinner. what can i do to lose weight?FASt
