Girl wants a bigger glutes

After shedding weight, although not nearly to the point I should be giving out advice, a co-worker asked:

"I don't have a bum. I'd like a bigger, rounder bum. What can I do to get this?"

I live in Japan and if you look around, many of the women are very thin (Especially compared to western women) and quite often have no back side to them. She saw some pictures of a few dancers in Japan that had nice bodies overall and wanted to focus on her bum.

She wants to start by working out at home. She's also said that she has issues with her eyes which prevent her from putting much pressure on, kind of like when we squat.

Anyways, what would a good lower body routine look like with at home exercises? Diet is also key, and I've told her to look into her carb/protein consumption.

Any advice?
 
When I was training for a competition I went to the pool alot and used those underwater parachutes that wrap around your waist. Do a few jogs around the pool with those and you will feel the painful goodness of your leg muscles getting beefed up.
