Bud hate to be the one to break it to u but u have no idea at all. Firstly get ur diet in check....your not going to lose anything if ur eating like a pig. Secondly, Dbol is the worst thing u could use right now to lose that weight. Use the search button up the top of the page and do a LOT of reading

BMI is worth shit. Originally invented by the insurance companies. As far as losing some of that fat goes, you need both weight training and cardio. Try 3 days a week of weights, 5 days a week of cardio, drink only water or sugar free drinks, eat lean meats every 3 hours and use sweet potatoes (Yams) and brown rice with your protein except with dinner have your meat with vegies. I can go on for hours but I don't have the time. Many schools of though, just my opinion.

First of all you can't "tone up" fat, you can either lose it or gain it. Same goes for muscle. You can't turn muscle into fat or fat into muscle.

Also, it does take some time. Not that you won't see results quickly, it's just that to achieve your goals it takes time. Dbol will not help you do anything and if anything will just mess you up more right now.

You need a strict diet, cardio and weight training plan. What Jim suggested was good. 3 days a week of weight training and 5 days a week of cardio (start with 30 min, and increase it if needed).

3 things we need to know: What's your current bodyfat, what's your goal bodyfat and when would you like to achieve this goal.
