assume a 10-12% bodyfat
Height 6'3
Currently at 232lbs 14 or so percent, so if I could snap my fingers I'd like to be 230-235 at 10-12 percent

6'2. Ideal weight is 265 at 15% BF. Eventually I believe this will be sustainable off cycle. I have no need to be 10% BF.

Im a lil over 6'. I've got way over 260lbs before and I couldn't move lol. Yea some was fat but not a lot. I'd say about 20%ish. As long as I stay under 230-235lbs, I'm good. My knees and hips don't like the added weight. With that said, probably 225 ripped would be sweet! I'll settle for what I got now though lol

So, I'm 6'4" & I am aiming for 250 / 10-12% BUT, I'm sure if you ask me this same question WHEN I get there... my answer will be just the same as everyone else's ...
I'll want to be even BIGGER!!!

I've put on 50 lbs of muscle , 1/3 my body weight since starting this process, and maintained visible abs and decent BF% the whole time. went from 147 lbs to 200 lbs. height of 5'9.5".

at my height , competing in IFBB pro classic physique, the most i could ever weigh on stage is 198 lbs (i'm there weight wise) <-- thats just for reference , I'd never want to compete in bodybuilding and don't have the physique to do so . so I guess that means I could bulk up to a good 225 lbs and cut to a 198 stage weight.

still think it would be cool to bulk up an even 100 lbs from my starting weight 5+ years ago when I went from being a skinny cardio athlete (cyclist and runner) into bodybuilding. that puts me at 247 lbs . problem is i need to bulk slow slow slow , my BP and heart rate just can't handle a lot more weight and fast bulks, i gotta go slow and steady at this point and let my body adapt.

but still think that putting on a solid 100 pounds of pure muscle as a middle aged man would be pretty sweet (i'm 39). only got 50 more pounds to go :)

That's what my next question was in reading your post... has that much weight been taxing on your bone structure? Do your bones ever ache?
I would imagine that your skeletal structure would need time to adapt to carrying that mass around.. I'm guessing? Maybe this is the reason for HGH??
That's awesome dude! I'm in a similar boat as you... I've put on 35lbs since quitting running marathons & starting TRT (20 months ago). I'm trying to get to the 50lb mark. But I haven't messed with anything other than good old "test" (taking it slow slow slow). Now having said that, with a 6' 4" frame it's much less noticeable than if I was 5' 9"- 5' 10"! So I guess I'm just saying I'm jealous since I'm sure you are a lot stronger & look a lot bigger than I. :)

no issues with my bones or joints aching from the additional weight gain, at 200 pounds though and my height I don't really consider myself very big. I'm an ectomorph thin framed guy , 29" waste, under 7" wrists, so you'd think that 50 pound weight gain would be significant on the joints but hasn't . however , I've blown my back out several times now since putting on weight and getting way stronger then I used to be. so maybe my core and lower back are having the issues.

my cardiovascular systems has been the most effected. I used to have a resting heart rate of 60 . but since putting on all the weight its about 80 while off gear, and 95 while on gear. my BP was higher for awhile too when my body was first getting acclimated to the weight gain. basically everything has to work harder to maintain all the new muscle. but over time things develop and catch up .

I never do major bulks anymore , its always a slow and steady thing now . 7 pounds over say 6-10 weeks is plenty for the body to adapt to.
couple times in the past I put on 20 or more pounds in a bulk and just felt like shit.

heck once you start implementing other compounds for bulking, add some HGH and slin, tren, deca, etc.. you'll get to that 50 pound mark in no time
