ok so not that i beieve in spiking your insulin post workout, but for those that do, i think you need glucose to replenish your muscle glycogen, am i correct? so then why do you all use dextrose or waxy maize or whatever you use. i was at the pharmacy before picking somehting up and i saw that they sell glucose tablets for the diabetic people. but could these perhaps be used post workout successfully? they were really cheap too.
