Glutamine?

How many of you guys supplement with glutamine.....I know there are def. some haters out there. Ive been using 5g post workout for years and notice a def. difference when I run out or forget. I recently picked up the Powerchewz Glutamine.....terrific stuff and realy hard to forget when they taste that damn good. SO how many of you use glutamine....how much and how often?
 
Glutamine has been on my to do list. I jumped back and forth on the science but am leaning towards it being quite useful. The idea of just eating it like candy(powerchews) kinda makes it even easier to want to give it a shot.

I've used the glutamine power chews and they do indeed taste pretty good.I use them daily since I get alot of it through my drinks I just use two a day.they are def a nice change up in the gym I just pop a few and am done .easy to carry,eat and are actually good tasting.the biggest thing for me are they taste good and are easy to carry since I go from the office to the gym.
 
glutamine and BCAA are the best building blocks for your muscles. and in chews that taste like candy you cant go wrong with that.
 
I use them all the time and I really do notice the difference. I also never get sick when I take high doses of it. I'll take high doses of it intra-workout but the power-chews could help me for post-workout when I truly don't feel like tasting it anymore lol. I've heard they taste like candy :)
 
Yeah glutamine, always the supporters and haters, I used to take it a lot especially when the peptide bonded stuff was popular which tasted really awful!!
