glute injection, tingling sensation all the way to my calfs

Well did my injection today same site, smooth as butter, this time I didn't go all the way in, probably went only 1 inch in , guess what no weird sensation anymore, and the usual expected PIP, non existan.
My only guess is I was pinning too deep.
I forgot what glute I injected, jk

Next purchase, 1 inch 25g needles. 1 1/2 inch are over kill

You still need to rotate sites, don't forget!

Yeah, just rotate injection sites. Can't be regurgitated enough.

I personally do the standard glute injection you're likely doing, right and left, then ventro gluteal right and left, deltoid right and left, quad left and right. I pin 1mL EOD with Tren, and two weekly 0.5mL pins of Test. Sometimes they overlap and I'll do 1.5mL.

With a good rotation you will minimize scar tissue, which will minimize pain for sure, and potentially mitigate poor absorption in the process as well. Even with my rotation and pinning frequency I still feel over pinned in some areas and am looking into new sites as we speak!

Good luck and don't be afraid of new sites, they are a blessing when you finally muster the will to implement them. I assure you l, you will understand after the fact
