This is BY FAR the worst I have ever eatin.
First, let me give you a quick bio of me currently...

Taking Test e 500mg, and dbol 50mg per day, been on 1 week. Eating 300 calories a day, pretty clean, not ALOT of carbs as I am diabetic. I am getting 300g of protein a day and havent gained 1 fuggin pound! I eat 5 meals a day, so I eat 600 cals each to equal my 3000 cal goal, and 60 grams of protein to reach my 300g portein goal.

So, I splurrged...I may be fat tomorow?

Post workout meal:

2 scoops of whey=240 cals, protein 48g, carbs 6g
1 cup of milk=90 cals, protein 8g, carbs 11g
1 Grilled Mcdonals chicken sandwiches=420 cals, protein 32g, carbs 51g
...1 Piece of pizza (stolen from cory)=250 cals, protein 11g, carbs 26g
1 NutrAgrain bar...120 cals protein 2g, carbs 24g

Total cals=1120, protein=101, carbs=118

My belly loves me

Your issue with carbs may be the answer??

To low of carbs I assume you mean?

IF so, heres a big question. What more important, TOTAL cals, or macros in general? I know thats broad. But, if you get total cals, but not neccassarly from a certain macro break down, does it REALLY matter? I mean, in the end arent total cals the biggy?

not all calories r created equal. thats the point of knowing what to eat. unsat fats vs saturated. simple vs complex carbs.

if you dont make every calorie count towards your goals then why eat in the first place???

you have to figure out what the right foods are..

i provide free critiquing of diet in my free diet advice thread in the diet forum..

Here, this will throw you ALL for a loop, Im diabetic. Insulin Dependant, so complex vs simple....would it really matter? My body isnt going to get an insulin response like a regular person. I inject insulin. Novalog to be exact, which to my knowledge does not know the difference. It see's carbs/sugar it eats it up and puts it where it wants as fast as it can....

RITE?

yea.. it makes sense.. control over insulin will benefit you.. but remember that complex carbs take LONGER to break down.. its not just about how much of an insulin spike is made.. u should still stick to more complex foods.. though u might have more wiggle room then someone who isn't diabetic..

Can you branch out on this a bit more?

Also, as you may have seen in another thread, I am doing a TEST E/ DBOL cycle, and my sugars are HIGH, I am taking 2x the amount of insulin to keep them under wraps...any ideas? Someone mentioned cortisol?

the answer given in that thread is ample...

ur situation is tough.. its not like you can just jump on to a keto diet and bulk.. your blood sugar might run too low...

i would recommend a medium carb intake diet with higher fats..

I read the post in my other thread in regards to cortisol/test/gh ect. Def. good read!

What do you mean by a keto diet and bulk? Lol, is that even possible to go no carb and bulk? Or am I missing the joke? Theres almost gotta be a way to use this to my addvantage...

its absolutely possible... iv bulked on keto myself...

this will also keep your blood sugar low.. i just dont know how low.. or if it will become dangerously low (chances of this is rare)..

Youve bulked in a keto state? Hmm, so what I take from this is that CARBS are NOT nessacary to bulk? It really comes down to total calories? I mean, if you eat NO carbs, but get 5000+ calories from protein and fat you would still grow.

BUT, what about the beloved insulin spike thats SOOOOOOOOOO anabolic you get from a carb rich meal?

Lets not get things twisted.. using carbs is the recommended way to bulk.. but i know people and have myself bulked on keto.. it does work.. your body will still grow..

in the case where your glucose levels cant seem to be controlled through some secondary pathogen 2nd to gear it might be a better choice...
