Chest, Abs

Flat barbell- 135x10 185x10 225x9 245x5 185x8
Incline Smith Press 185- 4 sets of 12
Incline hammer stength- 2 plates on each side 4 sets of 8, only got 6 on my last set- No spot
Incline Dumbell Fly- 35lbs 3 sets of 10-

Notice there is alot of incline in the chest workout, that becase being so tall 6'2, i dont have a very strong chest, it seems my arms do all the work, i am trying to counteract this by using more incline stances focusing more on my chest and shoulders to build out my frame.

***- GOOD GOD, i am SO damn vascular, its great. veins everywhere, after this chest workout i went to the locker room to weigh myself- still 200lbs :(, but damn am i super lean, i have veins in my chest, never seen those before, its gotta be the tren.

Another side note. the night sweats and insomnia were pretty bad last night. im gonna go attempt to take a nap before work so i dont walk around looking like a zombie.

ill post pics, just dont make fun of my skinny ass haha. im a HARDGAINER- and right now im trying to stay lean, not sloppy big

Missed my application of 1t-Tren yesterday. But didnt double up today. im sure it will be fine.

Preacher curl machine- 110lb 10,10,10,9

Cable curl 80 for 8 then drop to 50 for 5. 4 sets of that
 
Thursday, no training-

This whole single life is putting a tole on my body, i been going to bed at like 4 in the morning everynight... Oh well, my body looks super good though. im likin the 1t- Tren.
 
Quick Back/ Shoulder workout

Dumbell shoulder presss 65x10 70x8 75x8 65x7
---SUper set with---
Wide Grip Pull ups 10,8,8,7

Side raises- 20lbs 10, 10 15 lbs 12,12

Lat pulls 150lbs 10,10,10,10

Vertical raises - Easy curl bar with 25's on each side

Very nice pump walking out the gym. Inotice im pretty much lethargic all day untill i work out then things pick up... it could also be contributed to the excess partying
