Going backwards

Hey guys, I have another question.

I recently went from 200mg EW. To now 200mg E5D. I seem to be losing strength in the gym. The timing of the two seem to also coincide. I am wondering I can possibly be converting to much to estrogen? Not sure if this is a possibility. I'm confident my diet is on track as I am working with 3J.(He is great by the way. Puts up with all my questions and missteps). had blood drawn today, so won't know till end of the week.

Is it possible to be in an "overtraining" situation? Only been about a month without a week off.

Thanks guys. I've been training now for a couple years, but now realize how much I don't know at all.

Thanks

could be estrogen, could be overtraining, could be you getting sick. Could be a lot of things. You'll know more when you get your bloods back. What's your training like right now? Are you giving yourself proper rest? Also, if you're drastically changing your diet it could take a bit for your body to adjust. I know when I went from eating like crap to eating clean I felt kind of sick for about a week. I dont know if this is common or not.

keep us posted. I am also curious why your strength would go down when your testosterone dose went up. It doesnt make sense.

Did you by chance go on or up your dose of an AI? If not your body might be fighting off some sort of sickness.

Still no Aromatase inhibitor (AI) as of yet. My doc had me on a trial of Nolvadex. Didn't seem to do anything for me that I noticed, good or bad. I see him again tomorrow. I am pushing for Arimadex, was thinking of about .5mg day after to start. My previous labs are showing high E2, but my doc wanted to try the Nolvadex first. From his point of view I understand his thought process.

I am kind of hoping my strength issues are from the E2, then it will be easy to fix. I hav had some sleep issues the past few weeks, just not sleeping great, but slept great all weekend, so I am kind of ruling that out. Usually try for 8 hours+.

Nolvadex is not an AI! If you had high e2 before upping the dose of test, then your e2 is higher now.. You need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), not a serm.. Google the 2 and print out some info to bring to your doc.. Good Luck

Yes. I know Nolvadex is a SERM. my doc wanted to try it first. Just saw him yesterday and got the Arimadex. My local pharm does not stock so should be here tomorrow. I am going to start after next injection on Sunsay.

Thanks guys.

i dont think high E lowers stregnth while your also increasing your testosterone level. I hear most guys say when start a Aromatase inhibitor (AI) they lose stregnth. Not sure if it's due to loss of water weight from the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) but thats what I hear. Anybody else?

I know what your saying. I'm not sure if it is E related or not. Just a thought. I was thinking if I was converting to much to E then might not have sufficient levels of Free T left. But honestly, I'm not even sure it does or can work that way. I do have high E levels. I'm basically right on the top of allowable levels for men.

Thanks for the replies. Glad to have such a great base of knowledge to pull from.

Post your workout and diet. Your probably overtraining and not eating correctly for the amount of training you are doing. I had a similar problem until I contacted 3J. Not a problem now.

As I mentioned earlier, I'm pretty confident in my work out and diet. I am working with 3j on both.

If I wasn't with 3j I would agree 100%.

cj.. look at your labs and let me know what they are.. if it is a issue of diet or training its an easy fix.. email me when you have your results we can take it from there
