mate i just started a cycle also this is my intake

300-350 grams of protein and
400-500 grams of carbs per day
50 - 100 grams of fat

i think u need to take in more from protein and carbs drink i drink 3 - 4 times plus eating 5 times a day
 
if people are telling you that you are getting bigger then you are. Sometimes it is hard to see the gains since you look at your self, probably, multiple times a day....Again, don't worry to much about the scale. It sounds like you are doing everything right...Your body will show it. Give it time.
 
I just read the additional thread...

You need to bump your protein intake up big time....also your calories.

Who helped you with your cycle?

hmmm dude check this out .I'm on my fifth shot of test E (500mg) didn't notice any gains until 4th week whoa 4th week was like whooooaaa....a friend of mine fucking couldn't beleive .He was out of the gym for two weeks and last monday he came in .. HE was like whoooaaa.....You are probably fuking up on your CALORIES.My intake right know is 500gr protein....4500-5000 cal. and 50 gr fats(nuts, olive oil...).WHAT EVER YOUR CALORIE INTAKE IS RIGHT KNOW DOUBLE IT.......plus take 2 mutivitamins+ B12 100mg in the morning and do the same before sleep.Multivitamin without IRON .

loose the scale.

im doing a simple cycle with test only 500mg every sunday and wednesday and after five weeks i believe test is the best

Bro you need to UP your calories. It is possible that you got fake gear. Also I dont think Silverback was being harsh but it is all too often that peoplen jump in and dont have all the info. What does your post cycle therapy (pct) look like?........just my .02 but before you start your next cycle make sure your diet and trainning are in line to maximize your results!
 
i agree he wasn't being harsh, just that you should be posting prior to your cycle not during. I would say at this point, finish out the cycle. Up your calories and proteing.
