Going to try a Restart at 27 years old

Been MIA from the forum for a while, but wanted to get some advice on trying a restart.

The reasons for wanting to try a restart are that prior to TRT I wasn't aware I had sleep apnea, which has since been corrected. And I'm also treating a stealth virus/toxic overload with the help of a naturopath, which is really making a difference and actually starting to solve some of the issues I had originally hoped TRT would solve. I have never fully felt that I got the full benefit from TRT and couldn't understand why I still wasn't feeling that much better with solid levels. The final reason is that I'm still young (27) and feel like I owe it to myself to try and start up my natural production, as I'd like to travel and being a slave to a needle is really getting in the way at the moment. Even if I wind up back on TRT in my mid-thirties, that's fine, but I feel as though I need to give it a shot (pun intended).

The only caveat being that my doctor won't prescribe me anything other than what I'm currently on (test E, HCG, adex); 83mg Test E E3.5D, 90iu HCG E3.5D, 0.5mg adex E3.5D.

So, any recommendations on a protocol that can be done with just HCG and adex, or just HCG. My doc has just recommended blasting the HCG 1500iu 3x week.

Let us know how it goes. Like you, I have sleep apnea and did not realize it until after I had gotten on TRT. I have often contemplated trying a restart but dread the thought of going back to the way I felt before. If you are going to attempt a restart I would do it the right way. My reasons are mostly due to fertility though as I am 24. If you aren't on HCG now I would start running it weeks prior to the restart at a healthy dose. Then run Clomid and/or Nolva to try and get things going again. Frankly, your doctor should help you along during this process and if you can find a doctor with some experience and is willing to help you I would explore that route. If not, then pick up some PCT products(Site sponsor has PCT meds and it seems that most people are happy with their products although I cannot personally vouch for them), consult the vets on this board, and come up with a gameplan to give yourself the greatest chance of success with your restart. Best of luck man.

Looking forward to your updates:)

I think your best bet is going to be to do a restart with clomid and nolva. I personally wouldn't try to do a restart with just HCG. You should get a hold of IMT and have them help you out I don't know there protocol for a restart but I imagine it's going to be a lot better than trying it on your own with out the help of professionals.

Would love to get some Clomid or Nolva and contact IMT, but unfortunately being in Australia none of those are an option.
So, given that information is there anything else I can do? Any OTC meds with mild SERM-like properties? How should I dose the HCG, drop the test? And what labs do you recommend and at what time points (after stopping) should I get done?
I know none of this is ideal, but if the last few months has taught me anything, it's that the body is incredibly adaptable and in my case it seems like the low t is a symptom of a much bigger issue.

So let's say, optimistically I can get some Clomid and Nolva, what would be a recommended restart protocol?

Honestly your docs suggestion is a good one. I would start with the HCG and then test while on it to see if it is working.

Hope this helps.
