dude what about thte part that says splitting up your rbody parts is pointless? i dont get what that means can someone explain.

I'm guessing that he means isolation work, that soooo many people spend soooo much time on, is a waste...stick to the compound movements - bench, squats, deads, etc...your body works as a unit, not as parts by themselves...that would be my best guess as to the meaning of his tirade against split training...:dunno:
