I'll be finishing my bulking program in 1 or 1.5 months. Will be about 5-5.5 months that i've been bulking now. Was wondering if any of u guys had a good program for getting cut? WOuld u suggest I just change my diet some and do more reps w/less weights? Thanks

Along w/cardio, shouldn't I change my program to more reps w/lighter weights, super sets, etc. Or just keep lifting heavy, change the diet a bit and hope to keep most of my strength/size + get cut at the same time??
I'm at about 9% bf right now, 240lbs, 6ft 3in. I've been lifting for about 6 yrs now, but I know I have alot left to learn about it cuz I've pretty much taught myself by experience and asking lots of ?'s to other more experienced lifters. So appreciate any and all knowlegded advise. Thanx

More reps and lighter weight is a HUGE myth. KEEP LIFTING HEAVY. Stang hit it, diet and cardio

Cutting is all diet, training doesn't have to change at all IMO. The only thing high reps and short rest periods does is serve to keep the heart rate elevated. If you seek a cardio substitute go for it, if not it doesn't matter.

thanks for the advice. How much cardio would u recommend? 30min 3 days a week?? Would more be necessary?? I don't do any right now and am at 9%bf. I really don't want to sacrafice loosing too much muscle while cutting. My goal is 5-6%bf for the summer. Then start bulking again in sept. or oct.
I've made alot of good gains in the past 4 mos. of my bulk in size and strength and want to try and keep most of that.

Cutting program = buliking program, just do a little more cardio, and eat less shit. I never really changed my workouts at all, and i used to fluctuate between 230-275.
