reading the beginning of the first link reminded me of an article i read. it said that a whales tongue weighs more than an elephant. wow.

Bodyopus is still a good book IMO.

Bodyopus is awesome. However, most people wont be able to or want to follow that stringent of a diet. Especially during the beginning.
