Not in Columbus but less than 2 hours away John Kocka MD in Independence, Ohio he will prescribe if needed a full array of TRT. Arimidex, Test, and HCG. He likes numbers on upper range of reference range for test levels he uses Lab Corp reference range numbers. He owns and runs Premiere Health Clinic.

Do you know if he takes insurance?
The first two visits are covered by Insurance, he does a bunch of blood work for baselines. If after the first two visits you decide to join him you pay a yearly fee and that includes all blood work and office visits and email support for the year.
The yearly fee you can pay in 6 month increments, or pay by the year. You can call them for prices. Its not that bad for what you get.
Meds are much cheaper than the former sponsor.
He also is my PCP.

I see Dr Marvin Im...POLARIS Pkwy and Africa Rd..Westerville Primary Care...super..super nice..takes insurance..he used to work for a Dr in Dublin who does male and female hormone replacement...very knowledgable...very thorough...he's now my primary care dr also
I know this one is old, but Firewally, if you see this can you let me know how this is going? This doc is 5 minutes from my house.
