Good foods for PCT (Vegetables)

Hey

I am looking for foods that would be effective for PCT. I am soon going to start my cycle, and planning on eating 1.5kg of vegetables per day by using a juicer. I already eat a diet where all my carbs are from fruits, so vegetables/salad won't be hard addition. I ain't sure on type of vegetables to focus on, and so forth.

I already eat the following
Fruit
Garlic (4 cloves a day)
2L of green tea
3L of water (Approx should be little over)

Id throw some berries in there as well, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, REAL cranberry juice, i like all of these for antioxidant purposes. REAL lemons are good as well as they contain a chemical that is really good for cleansing the liver. These wont do anything to raise test levels just cleansing the body.

I agree, i was thinking of zinc the other day. I already consume 1g per kg of fats and do 1000 calroies per day walking/rowing so i can hit that 1g mark easy.
 
That's a lot of liver glycogen, you may want to add some other complex carbs like brown rice or sweet potato.

I am going to add in 500g per day of wheatgerm, just read that 100g contains 12mg of zinc. As of result i will need to cut back on my fruits by a large scale, i just eat them cause i love them :D and the added health benefits are a bonus. Can't wait ti start my first cycle.
