good or bad training in strengh

hi i would like to know if my gain are good or not (strengh) i start gym when i was 19 now im 21 (i do one cycle of 4 month)

19:

bicep curl: 25lbs x12
tricep overhead 2 hand : 50lbs x8
bench press: 70lbs
shoulder press: 30lbs
leg press : 2x45 each side x12

21:

bicep curl: 50x12
tricep overhead 2 hand : 110lbsx10
bench press : 220lbsx6
shoulder press: 75lbs x8
leg press: 7x45 each side x12
 
If you're trying to get bigger, you're better off to forget about how much weight you're using and do slow controlled reps while focusing your mental energy on contracting the muscle being worked. Strength training is not really my forte, but there are plenty of other guys around here who can give you tips on that.
