I cut my sodium into about a third of normal, but what is the actual goal? 1000mg a day? or 500?
I dont add salt to anything, but after a year of reading labels, you realize how much salt is in everything pre made, like sauces and regular cereals, even shrimp.
Anyway, always trying to keep bloat at a minimum and just wondered what the typical goal is?
