I started my first test only cycle last week (500mg, 250mg every 84 hours). Didn't take an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) until yesterday when I got my lab results. My T was on the 3700's and my E was at 190! I am taking .5 of adex EOD from now on. My suggestion is NOT to wait until week 3 to start your AI.

were all diff but .25 eod is a good place to start

if i had gyno and was running a cycle id take 10mg of nolva ED as prevention.

I think If this is your first cycle 500 mgs is plenty.
