I've already dropped boxing with my left shoulder, do i have to drop weights as well for some undisclosed period of time??

I really don't know anything because you have said nothing.

Really, " I have stopped running, my ankle hurts should I stop walking " ??

Don't use any movements that cause pain. I had a shoulder injury 3 months ago from benching. I couldn't do side laterals or really any dumb bell work, but I could use the hammer strength shoulder press. I dropped the weight considerable also even with the machine press. 3-3 1/2 months later I'm back in business. You can train through a injury if you are careful, but no pain is good pain when it comes to injuries. You have to allow time for a full recovery, and then slowly work your way back to the level you were at.

Thank you

Visit a Chiro. Make sure they do ultrasound and microwave treatment. A chiro is about the only Dr I see. I put off going once because I thought I had a torn rotator cuff. I finally went he set me up for an MRI and turned out I had one hell of a case of tendonnitis. I couldn't do any chest work out at all without pain. Same with shoulder workouts for 2 months.

One treatment by him and I did flat bench that afternoon. 3 treatment and pain was completely gone

I'll book an appt tomorrow

Simple: if the movement you are performing hurts (in the sense of something wrong), refrain from doing it.
Sometimes you have to innovate. Example: Ive found that lateral side raises palm facing down puts a painful strain on my shoulder, so with some trouble shooting I found that doing this exercise with my palm facing outward (to the front) is manageable...no pain this way. Thus I can still do side laterals.
Like already stated, listen to your body

Tendonitis, try tb500. Almost immediately the anti-inflammatory properties will provide you with some pain relief and increase your range of motion. The thing with tendonitis is that it takes time and patience.
TB500 and rest, then as you begin to feel better you can do some rang of motion and strengthening Physical Therapy. If it goes well with that for a while you can begin to introduce functional training (ie: lifting).
Again you have to be patient with this injury, you have got to lay off the cause, that's the most important or it will never heal. Otherwise you simply mask pain and continue to do damage, which is no good obviously.
So to answer your question I would say yes you at least need to work around the shoulder area while training, which is pretty damn difficult doing just about any upper body work I know but you have got to give it a break.
Best of luck.
Oh here is a link to my tb500 log. I was skeptical as hell about the stuff but ill be damned if it doesn't really work and work well:http://www.steroidology.com/forum/peptide-science/635020-jimi-s-rui-tb-500-log.html

Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevation
;)

Very common in physical therapy. :)

Half, Is there anything to take or supp to help tendonitis? I have a similar issue to Dirk with the forearm. I did Pm you a long while back, it's still been a on going issue.
I can work through it, but it just doesn't seem to get better and at times in fact it feels worse and prevents me from doing things like flat ect...

HGH, anti-inflammatory meds, TB500 (maybe), and the most important - rest. If it hurts, stop doing it. :)

Ok. I took 4 days off in the past and It got better or so I thought and I began to work out. ( I knew it wasn't perfect, just better) and it came back.

I'm sticking to this From last Sun to this Sun Off, No gym at all, rest and eating approx mat or little above. Still Running typical dosages from cycle of Dbol ED and 750 test PW, so I can keep it in my system. Shame its a wasted week of gear though. Either way I hope this 7 days does enough to fix it perm and I'll make sure the first few days back are moderate weight to higher reps.

I took off all days cause It seems like forearms are used on everything in the gym. It's hard to avoid. Even with legs cause u Need to grip things....

This probably won't help you but I'll throw it on here, just in case it might. I've had problems with tendonitis in my elbows, when doing heavy shrugs on a shrug machine or with 120lb dumbbells. It was something to do with the strain on the hand and forearm. Once I started using wrist straps to take the strain off, my elbows never caused me any problems. I know it seems odd, but it worked for me. I just tore my right tricep so i'm in the same boat as you. Anyways, best of luck with your injury.
