Got bad shoulder tendonitis am i doomed to have to lay off any and all shoulder work

Well recently I didn't listen to my body with my right rotary partial tear. The whole fvcking shoulder hurts now and I can't workout.

Haven't been in the gym in 8 days. So yep I fvcked up. I have always had a hard time following the good advice I tell others.

So more now then before I get to listen to Simple Simon saying listen to your body, if it hurts then DON'T do that. :dunno:
 
Taking some time off is not always a bad thing. It sucks to see your progress and gains go down the drain but ultimately your body should be the most important tool to you. Take your recovery time as a time to grow psychologically. Read some books and study some things you might know well but that you want to know great! Your injury could be a blessing in disguise.
