got blood work back and have some questions

Ok my doc just called and told me he wrote a prescription for some sort of vit d because mine is very low . I don't have the results infront of me because they are mailing them to me.
I'm on 200 Mg every 7 days then 250 Mg letrozole half the pill every two Weeks . I have taken six injections so far
total test was 700 goal is 1000 to 1200
Free test was 19 goal he said is 30
total estrogen was 45 they said this is fine and should keep on dropping.. I understand I don't have all my results but I will have them in the next couple of days. Do you guys know if low vit d will make me tired . is the estrogen really ok. I'm not feeling right and they tell me continue as planned. This is really upsetting me this effects my job my little two year old daughter my wife everything. Now I'm getting stronger and all but I could do without that I just wanna feel good and not tired.

Thanks for any help guys also I believe he also wants me on d3 2000 units a day for a year I will find out today when I go to walgreens

7 days is pushing it, but not terrible. i hope you're not on 250mg of letrozole. you mean 2.5mg? and every two weeks for this is too far apart IMO. Where's the HCG?

When was the bloodwork taken in relation to your last shot? And do you mean total estrogen or E2?

Estradol spelling lol and I took blood on the 7th day before my shot and no hcg and yes 2.5 of letro
 
Thats a bit high for estradiol, keep an eye on it. And you're probably well north of 1500 as far as test level goes on the day of your shot, so I wouldn't be too concerned with that. Every 5 days is a better shot schedule. And if you're young and don't want your nuts to shrivel up and die and/or want kids, I'd be getting some HCG with that protocol of yours...

So why do I feel tired get tired quick no sex drive no drive to do anything . Can it be the vit d being so low
 
It could be your estradiol being a bit high, or your shots 7 days apart. That letrozole every 2 weeks could be doing it. That's an estrogen roller coaster ride man

Diet sucks I eat whatever I want when I want. fast food everyday.cokes the whole nine yards

With my test being 700 on last day that's way diff then the 186 when I started a little over a month ago. I should feel better .I guess I'll see what this vit d does for me
 
Watched a couple vids on low vit d they say low energy sore muscles bad muscle recovery fatigue maybe this has something to do with it I dunno
 
Dude you gotta get your diet in order. You can't just eat what you want and expect to feel better. That's probably half the reason your test is low in the first place.
 
Bro, Test has a negitve impact on both good and bad cholesterol ! If your eating like that you are putting your health at risk even more so while on Test. Take control of it and you'll start to feel better.... Eat like crap feel like crap.

Every meat in my house is turkey any noodle is is whole grain buns are wheat . I'm just saying if I feel like a cheese burger for lunch I eat it .I'm not some overweight guy wondering why I feel bad. Yes there are places in my diet I could clean up , guess I made it sound worse. I was upset with blood results . I was expecting estro to be super high and it's not. only thing doc said is I'm super low on vit d
 
I'd get ur doc to be more frequent on the letrozole. And ur estrogen is a little high from what I've seen other guys say on this board. Thats all I've got, others will chime in.

About the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), do you want more kids?

For e2 don't shoot for a set number. I feel and function better in your current range then lower. Everyone's goin to be different.
