I took my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) three days apart so now I gotta wait three Weeks to get more then I'll go back to his prescribed dosage. I took half the pill thurs and the other half on Sunday to see if I felt a difference. I guess I'll stick to the every two Weeks

Yeah doc prescribed 50000 iu pill twice a week for one year then a over the counter of 2000 iu everyday that seems like Alot but I dunno

Normal dose is 1000iu for every 25lb (about). I'm 250lb and take 5000iu ed
