So my blood work has come back but it's in units I don't really understand so can anyone covert it or tell me what they think , witch is the test level that I should use

Ref range
Serum test 18.9 nmol/l 9.90-27.80 nmol/l
Shbg 34 nmol/l 16.50-55.90nmol/l
Free androgen index 55.59 35 - 92.60

Serum oestroldol 120 pmol/l less than 156

Serum prolactin 494 miu/l !! 86-324

Prolactin was 559 miu/l 11 months ago

Fsh 2.4 iu/l 1.5 - 12.4

Lh 3.1 iu/l 1.7 - 8.4

What don't our make of this and obviously my prolactin is way high and what can i do , the only thing I have on hand atm is nolvadex ..... I feel fine ect and make good gains when I train, havnt touched anything for a couple years now

Thanks

Surly someone can give me some advice on getting my prolactin down and if I need to do any e control while I'm doing that , I'm thinking once that is down i will have better fsh and Lh , my test at 545 isn't terrible but could be beter and hopefully will be better if I get the prolactin down

Well I've got b6 now buy I'm really worried about gyno recurrence , im sure my nip is changing slightly , with such high prolactin it would make sense , is it safe to use nolva or will that fuck the prolactin up even more ?

I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish here. The way you are presenting your information is hard to understand.

I don't know how to convert the info you have, nor do I want to spend the time to figure out how. I also don't understand why you put "11 months ago" next to your prolactin numbers.

I looked at your other thread. Tiny bump under your nipple? Big deal dude. You had the surgery. Again, not sure what you're trying to accomplish here. Does it look bad? Surely not.

Nolvadex will do nothing for prolactin.

Nevermind, I see what you're saying on your prolactin numbers.

Listen, no one here is a doctor. Halfwit mentioned to get a second opinion on the bump. I would suggest you do so if you're worried about it. It's very possible it IS scar tissue. They did cut out breast tissue, after all.

You need to speak with a Dr. about your elevated prolactin levels. Not really sure how that happens within a male that isn't using a 19 nor compound.

Your pituitary isn't happy. Time to see an endocrinologist, as prolactin may be elevated from a growth, or something else upstream. Don't stress about the lump, prolactin doesn't cause gynecomastia, estradiol does. PRL just makes existing gyno lactate.

I still think you need a second opinion on the lump, as it clearly bothers you a great deal.

Edit: Oh, and to convert nmol/L, you just look up the molecular weight of the hormone and multiply it by your nmol value. Then divide by 10 to go from liters to deciliters.

Ex: Testosterone is 288.42, you have 18.9nmol. Take the product, divide by 10, and you arrive at, 545.11ng/dL.

Well the big deal is i don't want to put myself through surgery again.

Serum test 545 ng/dl

Oestroldol 32.6 pg/ml

Prolactin 23.3 ng/ml
- 11 months ago it was 28 ng/ml

so is going Down very slowly on its own but is still high

Fsh 2.4 iu/l
Lh 3.1 iu/l

I hope I've converted them right

Any new thoughts

The lump doesn't bother me and it's not visible , my worry was that it would be getting stimulated by my high prolactin but your post has greatly reassured me halfwit , thanks. I've just booked in to see my gp soon about the prolactin ,the annoying thing is even when it was at it it's highest 11 months ago he wasn't bothered at all , anything I should do in the meantime ?

I've noticed that some guys that are shedded enought to see it have a lump or something that sticks out when they flex the abs right under the v of the chest. Is that an organ gland hernia or something ?

It's probaly enlarged livers , Im 6-7% bf so I think that's why I can feel it so clearly and if I'm dry I can really feel it but you can't see it

Yes, schedule an appointment with another doctor to get another set of eyes on things. It's YOUR body, so if YOU are concerned - find a doctor that's willing to address your concerns.

So a little update , went to see my gp and without hesitation he gave me 1 months worth of 2.5mg bromocriptine , so hopefully that will sort it ! Had anyone got any experience of taking bromocriptine for a month at that dosage ? I know caber is better but they don't give that out anymore
