Three eggos W/ three sunnyside up eggs and a good syrup all stacked togeather, good shit, dont forget the o.j. & tomatoe juice.
 
Cheat breakfeast

Not if you work it off in the gym i have it at least 3 days a week, ya got to try it you will like it if not i will eat it for ya. :)
 
If your tryin to loose wieght, ya defiently on a cheat day, but if your tryin to gain wieght................eat about 6 eggos ang six eggs........na make that 8 eggs

In my mass gaining phase I have this almost daily, only i add a few more eggs. Im still able to keep my b.f. where I want it. BTW, there arent bad calories. There calories, thats what makes us grow!
