Yes! Im a woman and I would post in the women's section if anyone ever freakin responded.... I have a training/juice related question and Im hoping someone can help me out here.
Im training for my first figure competition in May (8 weeks out)- Im looking pretty good, dropped around 25lbs and leaning out right nice... Heres the issue: my trainer has me on Anavar 10mg/day, Cytomel 15mcg twice a day, and Clen 3cc per day (one week on, one off). I do 40min cardio twice a day, and weights 4 times a week. Ok thats all fine and well BUT Ive been stuck at my current weight for 2 weeks now DESPITE my trainer 1. starting me on Cytomel, 2. dropping all my carbs except shredded wheat in the morning, and 3. increasing my pm cardio to 40 min (was at 30)... And my diet is only around 700 cals/ day
4 egg whites, 1.5 shredded wheat squares
1 can tuna, veg
140g chicken, veg
140 chicken, veg
1 can tuna, veg
(every Wed and Sun I load with rice cakes- yay)
AND IM NOT DROPPING ANY WEIGHT... any idea why?
Im starting Novadex tomorrow..... and I hold water like a bitch
Any ideas?
 
jsut cause ur not droppnig weight I wouldn't be concerned. what is happening with the mirrior??

also no idea on your weight but 700cals is realy low that how they did back in the 70's and 80's

if your not looknig better in the mirrior and not loosing weight I think u need more food cause ur body is going into starvation mode.

how much water do u drink a day it should be around 1 gallon
 
May I ask what your weight, height and BF is now? What does your cardio and weight training look like? To lose weight, you need to be burning more cals than you take in. I am going to assume that you are at a lower BF than you think you are at 700 cals and not losing weight.

BTW, thats not a good calorie count to have. If anything, you should have increased acvitivy before getting to a low like that.

5'10, 148 (from 175)- Ive been training for 6 years, so I have a good solid muscle base.... medium to large frame, typical hourglass figure (big boobs), I hate to say but definetly endomorph with a slow metabolism....
YES I see results in the mirror, Im tightening up but its very slow....
My water is at 2 gallons a day (and Im pissin like nobody's business- not very girlie of me to say)
Just wanted to make sure that this is normal... Im a rookie, cant u tell? I cant eat more than what my trainer has given me for my diet.... but I was concerned about starvation mode too....
 
Honestly I think your trainer doesn't know shit about preparing people for a competition your cals are way too low... I'd fire mygf trianer if I ever dfopund out she was eating that little really i think u should be eating around 1400 caloreis maybe a few hundered less.

Ditto on that. And I'm speaking from (personal) experience and also have seen some women-friends do the same. Lowering your calories like that is a good way to loose muscle and suppress thousands of good things going on inside of your body.

edit: I'm not trying to be negative. You are obviously very dedicated.
