Guys Im not sure its an infection or what

im going to the doc in the morning appointed and everything. Cause the redness spread although it didnt get worse and the swelling went down dramatically and is not only a some what pain full lump.

2 things that I dont want to happen is the NECRO some tissue and to have a perma lump under my skin. Shits weak son.

Scared of pinning my ass now.

update im not going to the doctor here are a few reason's/

the swelling of the whole leg is gone. every bit of the redness has disappeared. the lump has gone down tremendously in size. the pain from walking is non existent. the only pain is when i massage the little lump. I think it will go away on its own.

I wont be pinning the quad ever again some people can, but im one of those guys that can't.

Cellulitis that what it looks like. Go to the doctor and get antibiotic to just let it go away in 3-4 weeks

I agree with this guy, this actually happened to me on my 2nd injection of my 1st cycle, I injected in my leg also, injection went really well, probably too close to the knee though, was most likely not very sanitary & the next 2 days my leg was swollen (close to the knee area) & I had to go to the hospital because it was very painful, they prescribed me some stuff that got rid of the pain/infection within a day & was able to go back to work, I guess when you don't know how to inject you gotta learn the hard way sometimes, I inject in a very sanitary way now.

I actually think it was clean injection. Trust me the redness went away. really weird is that it spread then left. So Im thinking it turned into a pocket of oil that had to be massaged out till the oil left. IDK its bro science but I dont feel inclined to see the doctor any more. No redness or itchiness and the lump is smaller now and I have to press on it kinda hard to feel it and the pain.

Another thing to know when pinning in places like quads. This should be the easiest place to pin Imo, cause if you have any type if vascularity, you should be able to set up your site and avoid the veins cause of their visibility.

There it is. What you guys think about it? Sadly It really freaks me out even though the function of my leg is better, what you guys have said about sterile abscess, muscle collapse separation, all sorts of things.

He is trying to see if the redness spreads by drawing a circle around the red. Good way to find out if it is getting better or worse.

what ended up happening is the pain went away completely but there is a lump there not sure if scar tissue or what. its not huge but i can def tell its there
