guys please help me with my cbl planning

hey guys im a amateur bodybuilder and i have very well cut by now, but also lost muscle size now i want to gain the size back but without loosing much definition.
i was told by a friend about CBL and am eager to try it by understanding it in simple words and right.
i dont take any carbs(not even onions or tomatoes) in my egg omelette . just eggs cheese and 1 tbsp coconut oil.

then my after noon meal (3 hrs before training),
cabbage 100 gms or cauliflower with 100-120 gms chicken thighs or breast with 1 efa cap.
then pre workout supplement 30 mins before,intra i use extend.i train by 515 end by 6.30pm
now for my post workout shake 2 scoops whey + dextrose then 1 hrs after 100 gms white potatoes or white rice with120 gms chicken breast
then after 2.5 hrs again a meal with chicken or beef with veggies and 1 efa . lastly sleep after 2hrs.
now can some one tell me if im on the right track or need to improve , hope some one helps
height 5.9
weight 176lbs
training 4 times a week with 1 day hit cardios,
please please guys help
