I have about 500bucks worth of gear, i havent touched a gym in over a year, and i feel like complete shit...my ONLY alternative is to buy a home gym and keep it in the back of my work truck, since i travel 99.999999% of the time...

its been so long, i forgot really what to do...give me a random workout, i can do with this..

i know this isnt the golds gym, but its better than nothing...thanks, sorry for the babbysitting :(

5x5 for chest. Some DB flies. You can do bicep curls on it and some leg extentions it looks like. & some DB rows for back. Good luck.

Squat, Dead, Bench.

Good luck. And look at the stickys to find a routine you like. Iron Addict and dog crap gave brilliant ideas.

Might want to get a jump rope for some cardio, and a bike if you can fit it in the truck.

you dont need a golds gym to stay fit. Just dedication.

got a question....

do you use band if you're already lifting uber heavy weights or does does it also apply to everyone even newbies?

you should be able to have full rom, as well as control before you attempt to lift with bands. newbies could use the bands sepretely, or the wieghts seperately, but only use the bands and the wieghts after you have a full range of motion and good control/form. but i think everyone can benifit from using bands.
